The HUCC Outdoor Group invites everyone to an easy hike on Sunday afternoon, May 17th.
We will meet at the Temple Quarry Nature Trail in Sandy at 12:30 p., after the Spring Congregational Meeting. Consider carpooling and arrive 5 – 10 minutes early to allow time to find parking, as the lot can be crowded.
We will walk on the Little Cottonwood Creek Trail out 1.4 miles, gaining 500 feet in elevation, and then return. The round trip should take about 1.5 hours. Remember to bring water, snacks or a sack lunch, sunscreen, good shoes and all the usual hiking needs.
No dogs are allowed on this trail.
