Fall Bible Study
I will be leading another six session Bible Study on Thursday evenings from 5:00pm to 6:30pm in MacMullen Hall beginning on October 29 and ending on December 10 (taking 11/26 off for Thanksgiving).
In preparation for our first gathering, please procure a copy of the student text for “Introducing the Old Testament” by Anne Robertson. This book comprises the second of three courses in the Massachusetts Bible Society’s “Exploring the Bible” series, which is available through many book sellers. Please note that you need not have completed the first course to be a part of this one, but it would be helpful to get and review the first book in this series, “What Is the Bible?”, prior to the first session.
For the first session, participants will also need to select and obtain a study Bible that we will use throughout the course (if you need suggestions for one, please contact me). I look forward to seeing you on the 29th!
